Upon install, The Copper Coil Still and Grill and SOLscapes shared two defining values which included purchasing locally sourced materials and supporting a strong sense of community.

Agreeing upon these two ideals enhanced our collaboration with this downtown Squamish restaurant. In past seasons, SOLscapes’ passion for urban farming was showcased on a small patch of lawn beside the patio and in planters surrounding picnic tables with a breathtaking view.
